Device Model Global Switch

Hello!

The documentation of the PDK I'm using is referring to a "global switch".It's basically like a control variable for device models. For example, one switch controls high-power model-hardware correlation enhancement of the RF nfet. The switch could be set=1 to enable this feature, or to 0 to disable it. I'm not sure how to set the value for this global switch. Should I just set it as a design variable? I tried that and it doesn't seem to work.

Thanks,

Ahmed

You should probably ask your PDK provider about this. One PDK I have used had a file in the model directory where such parameters were set and that you (or your CAD group) could modify according to your requirements.

Thanks, Frank. I will contact my PDK provider then.
