cfmom_rf Capacitor Issue

Hello,

I am using tsmc180 Technology. In the Layout XL window, when I chose cfmom_rf capacitor, it shows an error that "Need a valid register=number from TSMC". Can you tell me what could be the issue?

It's probably no great surprise for you to know that this means that you "Need a valid register number from TSMC"! TSMC limit access to MOMCAPs in certain technologies (for business reasons, I believe), so you'll need to contact TSMC or the distributor you're using to get a code (which is properly on the instance) to enable the MOMCAP.
