techLibName of a library accidentally changed

Hello,
I got this message when opening a layout from a library.
The layout can be open but I can barely see anything.
The layer palette also shows layers that i do not recognize.

I found that the techLibName of this library has changed accidentally.
It is cdsDefTechLib instead of some name from the PDK.
There is Modify button in this property editor but I cannot click it.
How can I point it back to the correct library?

In the CIW, Tools→Technology File Manager. Then press the "Attach" button. Pick your design library and then pick the technology library to attach to.
