hi, I meet the problems of error in cadence 514:error: " input.scs" 10 No section found with name 'tt' defined in. How can can i solve this , thanks

    It sounds as if you are setting up a model library and referencing a file that doesn’t have a section with the name “tt” as the error suggests. Do your model files have sections? Look in the file for the “section” keyword; if they do then use one of the names in the file (the choice should appear on the model libraries form, I think; I can’t quite remember how it works in IC5141 since the last update was nearly 12 years ago).

    Also, check whether you’re using Spectre from IC5141; if so, it’s best to use a more modern SPECTRE release since the simulator split from the IC stream in 2004 and so you be using a 19 year old simulator version if you’re using the version shipped with IC5141. It’s a matter of making sure that your UNIX path is in the right order. 

    Of course, this is assuming I’ve interpreted your reference to “cadence 514” properly since there’s no tool called Cadence and no version 514…
