Unexpected error message in Assembler on opening design

Hi,

from the Test I can do Open design in tab, it works but since some days I also get an error message : Schematic already exists. Do you want to overwrite it?

I press no and continue, but pressing yes gives me a blank design!

How can I get rid of this issue?

If that's the exact error message, then I don't think it comes from Virtuoso - maybe it's some customisation in your environment? Or maybe that's not the exact wording of the error message? Which sub-version are you using?

It seems unlikely that this is something we'd do - it's hard to see why it would be creating a new schematic in such circumstances.

Yes this is the exact error message (+ inclusion of the name of the design), and it looks like all Virtuoso messages. I made a png screenshot, but unfortunately after upload it becomes a small gray rectangle, see below.

I have this error message now in TWO indepandant projects, and maybe it comes if you have two Virtuoso sessions active?

Please contact customer support so that we can check if the error is coming from us or not (I don't think it is, and I certainly don't think it's anything  related to having two Virtuoso sessions active as people do that all the time; I can't imagine why it would be creating a schematic in any case).

I don't know why your image upload is failing.
