Run Quantus fails: depending on which account it is being used from

Hello

I am a professor teaching a 4th-year course on VLSI design. This year, I added a new lab requiring parasitic extraction using QUANTUS. The lab experiment runs without any error if I run it from my own account. 

However, all students in the lab reported an error when they went through the same procedure and in the same environment, I think.

Here is the error message

ERROR (LBRCXM-709): ***** Quantus terminated abnormally *****

I uploaded two log files,  the first one is the error-free log file, and the other one is the error log file.

I would appreciate any help in this reagrd

    I could not help but notice that it appears what may be your account (user egad?) the extraction is for design NOR3_COMPACT  while in the account associated with user cbohe083, the extraction specifies design NOR3. If user cbohe083 attempts to extract the same design as in account egad (NOR3_COMPACT), does the same error appear as with design NOR3?
