RUN PLAN : The 'analyses' section of the runplan test does not reflect the active setup.

Hello,

I just started using 'RUNPLAN' option in Maestro. One thing I noted when certain changes are made in 'analysis' section in the active setup, they are not reflected in the 'runplan'. I am attaching an image which explains this error. Is there something I am missing?

However, when I run simulations, it is taking the correct settings from the active setup. But it would be good if the run plan reflects the active setup.

Thanks

Saikiran

Which IC sub-version are you using? Help→About will tell you this (please give the full version).

I don't see this in current versions (IC6.1.8-64b.500.31) - I can imagine it might have been a user interface synchronisation problem that's now been fixed.

    Hi Andrew,

The version that I see is ICADVM20.1 1-64b.500.31.

    Thanks

    Dear Saikirian,

I could not help but notice in your screenshot showing the apparent discrepancy between the transient simulation setting in the Data View and Run Plan subwindows that there are appear to be three simulations still running. Is it possible the simulations running are from the Run Plan where your transient simulation was for a time of 15m using  a "liberal" accuracy setting and hence the Run Plan is reflecting the transient analysis of the current simulated plan?

In other words, after the simulations complete for the Run Plan with a 15 ms stop time and a 'liberal" accuracy setting, does the Run Plan panel then display your updated transient simulation setting of a 20 ms stop time and "conservative" accuracy setting?

ShawnLogan - for me, it changes in the display even if the simulations are running (the settings don't affect the run plans where the sequence has started).

Saikiran IND - that's the latest version. I don't see that behaviour, so I suggest you contact customer support (submit a case after logging in) - maybe there's some specific scenario where it doesn't synchronise the display.

Andrew Beckett You are correct. The issue persists even after the simulation is completed. Ill contact the customer support. Thanks again.

Thank you ShawnLogan for looking into this.

    Regards
