ams simulation does not work

Hello,
After setting up my maestro (let's call it maestro1) and changing the simulation with ams, a warning window popped up.
Unfortunately, I did not save this warning window.
My hazy memory tells me that the message is more or less like this message below that I got from CIW:

I ignored the window and went through the simulation.
But somehow no results in result browser.
No error message in xrun log.
Netlist can still be created.

I have other maestro (let's call it maestro2) file which uses ams.
I tried to simulate it again, it works.

Then, I created a new test on maestro1 using the design/config from maestro2.
The same problem happens.

Is there anything that I can check?

Virtuoso IC6.1.8-64b.500.14
Xcellium 20.09-s001
Spectre  19.1.0 64bit

EDIT:
The window pops up again after restarting Virtuoso and openning maestro1.

I don't believe this is anything to do with that warning; that's a warning about properties in the config (which aren't required in general). There was some work in ISR19 (after the version you're using) to clean up the unnecessary warning.

I suggest you contact customer support - hard to know what it is without seeing more details.

Hi Andrew, I uploaded the message windows that I did not save previously.

Presumably this is referenced via the Setup→Connect Rules/IE Setup, and you need to to reference the library in your cds.lib. Perhaps you could share what it shows on the Connect Rules/IE Setup form (although if you redact everything it's quite hard to know if it's correct or not).

However, since you posted another post later, perhaps this part is resolved?
