ADE Reliability analysis: Also for XF and DCMatch?

Hi,

To get all PSRR's I am using all the times XF instead of AC analysis, but now I see in rel analysis xf (and few others) are not supported.

Is there a workaround to run also XF?

Virtuoso 20.1 is used,

Bye Stephan

    Hi Stephan

XF analysis is supported for reliability analysis since SPECTRE21.1 ISR18 and in ADE it will be supported (together with that spectre version) in ICADVM20.1/IC6.1.8 ISR33 (ISR32 is the current version, with ISR33 due to be available around the 21st July 2023). If you need it more urgently, maybe an engineering hotfix or a patch could be generated but you'll have to request this via customer support (you'd still need to use that version of Spectre).

    Regards,

    Andrew
