AMS simulation within MC

Hi, I am running a tran simulation within Monte Carlo.

The simulator is AMS

- Spectre: 21.1.0.664.isr16

- Xcelium: 22.03-s001

My Cds version is ICADCM20.1-64b.500.30.

I can confirm that the simulation is fine without MC.

When the bench run with MC, the simulation is stuck at very beginning, not able to move on. However, there is no error in in the CIW window and xrun log.

Could you share some clue? Do I need to change any ams option for MC simulation?

This should work - I don't know why it wouldn't in general. Please contact customer support.
