How to get the specific parameter values of the device in each Monte Carlo simulation?

Hello, I am using Monte Calro simulation in ADE XL. How to get the specific parameter values of the device in each Monte Carlo simulation?

For example, this is a resistor divider circuits.

I want to get the value of R0 and R1 in each MonteCalro integration. Currently, I can only save the voltage and current first. Then, I use R=V/I to get the resistance indirectly.

Is there any way to get the resistance directly?

I find this function in ADE XL. But "R0:par_res" is not neither a resistance value nor a resistance change value according to my calculation.

    you can save the delta-V and I, and find each resistor value by doing delta-V(i)/I.

    The first thing to do is to check whether the resistor models used in the PDK you're using output an operating point parameter with the effective resistance. You could run a single DC simulation and then annotate the operating points in ADE to see this - or try using the OP function from the expression builder or calculator and seeing what the instance offers. Then you can use OP("/R0" "reff") or whatever the parameter is called in an ADE output expression, and then you'll see how this varies over the Monte Carlo run.

    If you mention the PDK you're using (foundry, node, version) then I may be able to quickly check if I have access to it easily.
