when i do ams sim, i want to save a portion of the simulation data?

the state file is no savetime.where i can find it? i use 6.1.7

The ability to save a state on the transient form is not provided because that wouldn't be very useful for a mixed-signal simulation because you also need the state of the digital solver to be saved too. Instead look at this video: Setting Save and Simulation Restart Options for AMS Runs in the Virtuoso ADE (Video) . Note too that there's also a newer "Process-based save/restart" facility which is not fully supported in all ADE flows yet - it probably makes sense to talk to customer support about that.
