Simulating with spectre hspice models.

I'm trying to simulate with spectre hspice models. I do not want to use hspice simulation as it is not Cadence.

I believe spectre can simulate hspice models without any conversion.

I'm encountering trouble simulation with ADE XL the nmos/pmos shown below:

I believe it might be something to do with the with the view available:

so I copied the symbol view to create a spectre view, however I believe this caused

the error produced is :

Error found by spectre during hierarchy flattening.
    ERROR (CMI-2116): M0: Too few terminals given (0 < 3).
    ERROR (CMI-2116): M1: Too few terminals given (0 < 3).

What do I need to do to fix this?
