ADE Explorer stuck on running

I conduct simulations using the Spectre simulator through ADE Explorer. Once the simulation is complete, I can view the generated results within ADE Explorer. However, although Spectre has finished the simulation and the results folder has been created, ADE Explorer remains unresponsive and continues to display a "running" status.

I'm using virtuoso ICADVM20.1. I attached snap shots from CDS.log, spectre.out, and from the ADE explorer

I am not sure if you happened to locate and read the Forum post at URL:

If you have not, there are a number of suggestions concerning a similar issue that may interest you. There are also a number of questions concerning your simulation set-up that can impact the post simulation behavior of Explorer and Assembler.

    Hi Shawn,

I followed the recommendations outlined in the mentioned post, but unfortunately, none of them resolved my problem. My situation differs slightly from the one described in the post. While the simulator doesn't become stuck, it does complete without any errors. Oddly, although I can access and review the results through the ADE explorer, the ADE explorer seems to believe that the simulation is still ongoing.
