Hi, i am trying to analyze the monte Carlo simulation after giving inputs to the schematic by Vector file. However while run , i am getting error. Can you please help and suggest solution for this.

ADE XL Message 1723

"ERROR (ADEXL-1723): Unable to run Monte Carlo analysis because the version of the simulator associated with the following tests does not support Monte Carlo analysis

SRAMzes, array:1"

use the version of UltraSir or AMS that supports Monte Carlo analysis or change the simulator for the tests to speare or APS.

Ultrasim does not support Monte Carlo (I had to check, since it's been a while since I've used UltraSim). It looks as if there was some initial support but it was removed more than 10 years ago.

Since Ultrasim itself is in limited support mode these days, I would strongly recommend you switching to Spectre FX if you need a FastSPICE simulator. Please contact your account team or customer support.
