ruler snapping error in layout

Hi,

When using a ruler in the layout, mouse pointer to suddenly move to the end of the screen.

It doesn't always happen, but often. (It seems like a random phenomenon)

Is there any way to solve it?

For a start, you are using an unsupported version of the software (the last hotfix was getting on for 5 years ago), but nevertheless I didn't find any reports of such an issue. You might want to first try updating to a supported version (ICADVM20.1 or IC23.1) and if the problem still occurs, I suggest you contact customer support (submit a case after logging in).
