QRC's av_extracted view is not showing any parasitic resistotrs and capacitors and metal layers

Hi

I am using UMC 65nm technology. DRC LVS,,QRC is running fine. After Run ->Assura Quantus QRC, I get the dialog box as well output is in av_extracted VIEW. Once I open the av_extracted view,I am not able to see any parasitic resistors or caps  and the nets. I can see the devices and pins.but parasitics are not seen though I have selected RC in the parasitic extraction tab in Quantus QRC.I can see the parasitics extracted  with the same setup if i use UMC 180nm technology. May I know how can I check parasitics is extracted or not.What should be checked as parasitics a re not visible in av_extracted bview.
