Unable to copy data format of ADE results tab to LibreOffice Calc

Hi,

I am trying to copy data directly from ADE results tab and paste it to LibreOffice calc instead of exporting to excel format, which is much more trivial.

However, it seems to lose some format information, such as green/red background colors of pass/fail spec results.

In the Paste Special of Calc, it shows "Unknown source" and only "Unformatted text" option can be selected.

Would it be possible to copy both values and format from ADE results tab?

OS: RHE 6.7

LibreOffice: 6.0.0.3

Virtuoso: IC6.1.8-64b.500.19

Thanks,

HJ

    HJ,

The copy/paste doesn't support transferring the formatting (partly this is due to a lack of a clear standard for doing this on Linux and cross-platform) - but maybe it's something that could be considered (I suspect that using an HTML table would do the job, at least within Linux). You should contact customer support and request this as an enhancement.

    Regards,

    Andrew
