Following successful LVS.

I now get this error:

INFO (LBRCXM-699): Errors exist in master control file "/tmp/qrc_25065/1/__qrc.rcx_cmd".

ERROR (LBRCXM-709): *****  Quantus terminated abnormally  *****

Not sure what to do? I cannot see what's wrong with this file.

Is your cell name numeric? If so, this is a known issue: Quantus run crashes with Errors exist in master control file “__qrc.rcx_cmd” for numeric cellname

yes I have renamed the file and it runs just fine, thank you Andrew.

I've marked it solved just in case somebody else names their file numerically!
