Quantus terminated normally yet produced errors. [resolved]

I'm using EXT19.13 following successful LVS.

I get this error at the end of QRC log:

ERROR (LBMISC-215052): cannot create XXXtemp109752: No such file or directory

ERROR (FLTTDTA-109004): Forked flatnet command failed.

ERROR (LBMISC-215251): Error: command failed with status 255

I wonder why I get these errors?

#using Virtuoso IC6.1.7 Quantus Extraction program 19.1.3

Since posting the problem has gone away -  not sure what I did but glad its decided to go away.

Would be nice to delete this post.
