Viva delta marker

Hi,

For Viva delta markers the slope can displayed in the marker label using format [dx:%W] [dy:%H] [s:%S]. Instead of the slope I'd like to display 1/slope. On a long shot I tried [s:%1/S] and [s:%(1/S)] but no luck. 1/slope would be very useful to display considering it represents the resistance of a diode i-v curve. An even better feature would be the ability to specify an expression dependent on the dx,dy,x,y values.

Regards,

Brad

I am afraid I, personally, do not know how or even if creating an expression to display using information from a delta marker is possible. Perhaps others that monitor this Forum do,

However, when I read the motivation for your request, it came to mind that for delta markers on the same waveform, you can view all the inverted slope information on the same plot with an expression using the Calculator.  If you export your i-v waveform to the Calculator, say, wave1, then in the Calculator form the expression 1/deriv(wave1) and append it to your current ViVA window, the inverted slope will be displayed with the existing i-v expression. Perhaps this is obvious to you and not consistent with your goal. However, it came to mind and thought I might at least mention it to you.
