Is isnoisy valid in XPS MS simulation?

Hello! I am using isnoisy parameter in tran noise simulation. The setting is as follows.

When I use spectre or APS, the isnoisy is valid.

But when I use XPS MS simulation, the isnoisy seems invalid.

Here is my virtuoso version. Is this normal?Thank you!

    What's more important is the Spectre version being used (this will be at the top of the Spectre log file). I just tried this (from a netlist):

    //

    V1 (in 0) vsource type=pulse val0=0 val1=1 rise=1n period=20n width=10n
    R1 (in mid) resistor r=1k
    C1 (mid 0) capacitor c=0.5p
    R2 (mid out) resistor r=1k
    C2 (out 0) capacitor c=0.5p
    R3 (in out2) resistor r=5k
    R4 (out2 0) resistor r=5k

    tran tran stop=1u noisefmax=1G noisescale=100 param=isnoisy \
    param_vec=[0 0 400n 1 800n 0]

    This clearly shows that both out2 and out have noise only within the time 400n to 800n when run with "spectre +ms". I'm running this with a Spectre 21.1 hotfix version, but I can experiment with other versions once I know what you're using. Maybe it was broken or not implemented (I didn't find it from a search, but maybe you're using a very old Spectre version?)

    As I suspected, you're using a very old version of the simulator - as you can see, it's from 8 years ago (well, 8 years ago in a few days).

    I did some tests, and sure enough it doesn't work in MMSIM15.1 ISR1. It does however start working from MMSIM15.1 ISR8 (from July 2016). So the answer will be not to use such an old version - there's not really any good reason to be using such an old version (there have been 8 major releases of Spectre since then - releases afterwards were called SPECTRE rather than MMSIM, with the current being SPECTRE23.1).
