How to pop-up Log file of ADEXL/ADE Explorer once simulation

Hi members,

I am using Virtuoso version 6.17-64b.500.22 and mmsim version  of 17,1

when i run simulation with ADEL, the simulation log file appears automatically and and I can track the simulation process easily

but when i switch to ADEXL or ADL Explorer it does not happens as of ADEL...so every time i want to see the sim log error, i have to use terminal and jump into simulation dir.. it is not handy for design

Could any one know how to deal with it ?

Many thanks for your help/comments.

Figure 1 from the ADE Explorer User Guide (Product Version ICADVM20.1, May 2021) illustrates a means to access the output log without opening  a terminal session by right clicking the simulation result. I do not have specific information for the version you are using, but  hope this helps. I always remember this feature being available in early versions of Explorer or Assembler.

Actually, if running a single simulation in Explorer or Assembler, you would normally get a log file displayed. This is controlled (as with ADE L) using the Setup→Environment form:

For multiple simulations though, the log file is not auto-displayed because the last thing you'd want is a thousand log files popping up. Instead you can look at them with the context menu (right-mouse-button) that Shawn mentioned.
