XNOR Gate Operation Issue in Cadence

Hi

I wanted to XNOR the data stream with its one-bit delayed stream. But not getting the correct values at some highlighted intervals. Any idea what could be the mistake? The delay block setting is of 1ns with a 50 ohm characteristic impedance.

thanks

You didn't mention which library this xnor comes from (it looks like xnor_gate from ahdlLib though). If it's that view, the problem is almost certainly that you've set the threshold for the input (vtrans) to a ridiculously small value - it should be more like 0.5V whereas you've set it to be some minuscule fraction of a variable per (presumably a period in time).Your tdel is probably a bit short too, but I think it's the vtrans that is the issue. Set it to 0.5 and see what happens.

    Dear Andrew

XNOR gate is from ahdlLib. It solved setting Vtrans properly. Thanks for the correction.
