Can university users use https://support.cadence.com website?

It prompts me that I need to fill in the host id.And after I filled in the host id.it prompts me that“University users cannot self-register. Please contact your University Program Representative or Customer Support for registration assistance”Can university users use this website?

Well, anyone can use the forums, and for customer support see the https://www.cadence.com/en_US/home/company/cadence-academic-network.html pages. In general, there is a way of obtaining support (beyond the self-help info on the support portal) - usually either through the representative (as you mentioned) or via Europractice if covered by that scheme.
