Equation based Sparameters

Hello,

what would be the easiest way to create an Sparameters block like nport of the analog lib, but with Sparameters equation defined.

For example (not intended to be functional))

S11=0; S12=0

S21=2*pi*freq/n, S22=0;

Bloc would  be simulated in SP simulation or transient
