Does Speakatoo API offer text-to-speech functionality without requiring an API key?

I am interested in using the Speakatoo API for text-to-speech functionality, but I am unsure whether it is possible to do so without an API key. Could you please clarify if Speakatoo offers any text-to-speech options that do not require an API key?
