Remove update text on schematic?

Several of my schematics have date/time (version control?) update text on them. It's date/time, then "added this", "changed that".   It's unwanted and I have no idea how I invoked the option.  I can't seem to find any way to remove it. I can't "Q" it, and the "T" option will highlight it, but not allow me to edit or remove it.

How do I remove this text?

Edit -> Sheet Title... has some annotations that are placed on the schematic's border. Maybe it's that what you are looking for?

It's certainly not some standard setting - it maybe something in local customisation or in the design management tool you're using. Most likely it's something related to a sheet (as DomiHammerfall suggested)

It's strange. I don't have a sheet border, therefore no text and I'm not using any design management or version control s/w!
