Save to CSV results of DC Sweep simulation.

Hi.
I ran DC simulation for many corners and have defined temperature sweep in DC simulation .
How can I save the results to CSV with temperature points ? 
I know how to save regular CSV , but in this way it doesn't include parameter/temperature sweep (VS) , only VDC .
