How to set the stress conditions in a reliability analysis in ADE explorer?

Virtuoso IC6.1.8-64b.500.27

I'm working on a reliability analysis and I've followed one of the RAKs from support.cadence.com. When using an ADE assembler token and setting a reliability analysis, I can set up the conditions of the tests as shown in the screenshot below:

However, if I'm using ADE explorer, although the reliability menu is still visible and selectable, the option to set the stress (and aging) conditions are gone. The consequence is of course that the three simulations are ran as in the fresh simulation.

We want to enable explorer usage, as we have many more tokens for it. I didn't find anything anywhere in the support page indicating where to set the conditions of the reliability test for ADE explorer only. Anyone knows how to address this from the GUI?

    Hi,

Note that the Reliability setup is multi-test. Those fresh, stress and aged tests don't need to be the same test. So, Assembler is a natural environment for it. Moving it to Explorer (and back) is a bit tricky to implement. Perhaps they should be independent setups or something like that. I guess you could argue that if you use the same test for all three, it should be ok. I agree that we should not remove that corner setup, it is just confusing... So, please get in touch with your local support or file an official support case yourself.
