Interconnect modeling and parasitics extraction

Hello friends from cadence,

Synopsys' Interconnect Technology Format (ITF) provides modeling of interconnect parasitic effects that enables designers to perform accurate parasitic extraction for timing, signal integrity, power and reliability signoff analysis.

Does cadence have similar module for parasitics extraction and modeling?

Thanks a lot.

Yes, Quantus is the parasitic extractor you are looking for. The process stack information is captured in an ICT file (text file), which is then simulated and compiled to create model files that are read during extraction.
