Diva LVS error display

when i'am using diva lvs and hit the "error display" button,it doesn't response。And CIW message as follows:

*error* eval: unbound variable - ivLVSShowForm

*error* eval: unbound variable - ivLVSDisplayErrorForm

i'am a beginner,how can i solve this question, can someone help me

    That sounds as if the Diva functionality is not being properly loaded, which is a bit odd. What IC sub-version are you using? This is reported in the Help->About menus in Virtuoso.

    I'am learning the tutorial from cmosedu.com.And the subversion of virtuoso is IC6.1.8-64b.500.34

    Which particular tutorial are you doing? Please give the link (although I don't really see why it should fail with a specific tutorial) - note, giving the URL will cause your post to be rejected as potential spam, so you'll need to appeal that when it gets rejected and then I can approve the post. I can't really go through all of the tutorials on the site you mentioned as it will take too long!

    First of all thank you for your enthusiasm.And I did as follows:

    1.set up the 'ncsu cdk' and '.bashrc' from the "quick start information",and the link is "cmosedu.com/.../remote_x.htm"
    2.do the "tutorial 1" that "layout and simulation of a resistive volatage divider",and the link is
    "cmosedu.com/.../cadence_tutorial_1.htm"
