Default models file provided by cadence

From which foundry models files for 180nm is provided by cadence or they just gpdk?

Please help.I will be grateful.

    First of all, for future reference, technical questions should not be asked in the Feedback, Suggestions and Questions forum (that's for issues with the forums itself, primarily). I moved this into an appropriate technical forum.

    Cadence does not provide foundry models; instead, you should get these from the foundry (as it's their IP). Usually you would either get a PDK (if using Virtuoso) or you can just get the models separately in most cases if you're using a simulator standalone.

    We provide various Generic PDK models (available at http://pdk.cadence.com ) but these are representative of a technology and not a real technology - they are for training and demonstration purposes.
