License Issue While Extracting LDE Parameters with PVS

Hello everyone,

I am trying to use Virtuoso EAD flow with an advanced process. When I try to extract LDE parameters from the layout I get license errors on CIW as in below. I set the PVS to extract LDE parameters from the layout. Virtuoso version is "IC23.1-64b.ISR6.30".

ERROR (LMF-02005): License call failed for feature Virtuoso_LDE_Analyzer, version 20.200 and quantity 1. The license server search path is defined as **************. The FLEXnet error message is as follows,     FLEXnet

ERROR(-5, 0, 0): No such feature exists.  Run 'lic_error LMF-02005' for more information..

ERROR (ELI-00111) Failed to check out license 'Virtuoso_LDE_Analyzer'.

*WARNING* (AAPLACE-10142): Extraction was stopped because the Virtuoso_Variation_Analysis_Op license is required but unavailable. Ensure that the required license is available and try the extraction again.

*WARNING* (PARA-1066) LDE parameter update using PVS failed. For details check error messages in the CIW or CDS.log.

We have the "Virtuoso_Variation_Analysis_Op" feature in our license file, but the WARNING label in the CIW indicates that the license is not available. I checked everything on the license server and the feature can be checked-out. (I also confirm that the feature is checked-out in the Virtuoso License menu.)

When I check the license requirements in the documents "Virtuoso ADE Assembler User Guide" and "Virtuoso Electrically Aware Design Flow Guide(Product Version IC23.1)" even if the Virtuoso_LDE_Analyzer feature is unavailable, a combination of 95311 (Virtuoso DFM Option) and 96220 (Cadence Physical Verification System Layout vs. Schematic) is enough for extracting LDE parameters using PVS. We have all the mentioned features except the "Virtuoso_LDE_Analyzer".

Do you have any comments on why I got this license problem?
