Assembler maestro default jobs in cleaningup state for many hours

Hello, I have many maestro default jobs in cleaningup state which came out of the blue after I resumed the suspended Monte Carlo simulation as shown in the screenshot. How to get rid of these as these jobs are in cleaningup state for many hours now.

I've not seen this happening. Please contact customer support.

ok thanks Andrew. Just one quick query - I am observing that when some of simulation interactive sessions are kind of hung at a particular status for a long time as marked in the below picture i.e. they take a long time to complete toward the end of the number of run points example Interactive.167 is at 42/45 runs since last couple of hours. Is this due to triggering of subsequent interactive sessions like Interactive.168 which causes the previous Interactive simulations to wait for license ? Each Interactive session kicks of fine and proceeds quickly to completion but stales out towards the last few run points  -

I have observed this across different designs and in both APS as well as SpectreX mode -

Screenshot showing for example Interactive.168 completed fine and in small time though previous Interactive runs are still struggling to complete since many hours -

    regards

    Again, best with customer support.

I would look at the simulator log files to see what's happening in each individual simulation - and check various other messages too. Hard to know what is going on from just the info above.
