Issue with documentation browser, Cadence Help

PVS 21.12-64b

The documentation browser Cadence Help cannot open PVS documentation.

When hitting F1 in PVS DRC Result Viewer the following error message is shown:

Unable to show help document. Help file not found. Check PVS installation.

When hitting F1 in PVS LVS Run Submission Form I get the following error message:

ERROR(HELPAPI-404): [...]

tagfile PVS.tgf missing from the directory /../PVS_21.12.000/doc/PVS

I checked this directory. It does exist and also does the PVS.tgf file. This file is non-empty.

I tried adding the /PVS_21.12.000/doc manually to Cadence Help via Settings > Library > Add Library.

It does not work.
