Stopping Layout XL from re-arranging windows

I'm running vanilla ICADV + TSMC PDK.

Anytime I open a layout XL window, it has this tendency of rearranging schematic, layout, CIW.

It's pretty frustrating, and it only happens when there is schematic-layout connectivity enabled.

Has anyone figured out how to prevent VXL from rearranging all Cadence windows?
