One simulation with different conditions for 2 blocks.

Hello.
I have a block which can operate as RX or TX.
I try to simulate 2 these blocks as system : one TX and the 2nd RX (load).

These 2 blocks not placed in the same silicon/device... That means RX can be slow material at hot temperature and TX fast at cold temperature.

How can I ran simulation where RX  and TX get different conditions ?
For example for load (RX) I want to define 2 extreme conditions (max and min performance) and for TX I need to sweep many corners.

Thank you in advance.
