Not able to see 'gm' in results browser

In a simple simulation, i am trying to sweep vgs of nmos and capturing the variation of gm. But for some reason the gm is not showing up in the results browser.

Also parameters like gm/id are also not present in results browser.
Also can anyone tell me .scs script to save all operating point parameters? The one that I am using is not working

    Hi,

What version of virtuoso are you using?

In my case, I need to have simulated at least once so the list of op parameters gets populated. After that, you could just select what you need from the list and clic ok.

In your netlist.scs you should see something like this

If you want to save all OP parameters, add:

save M0:all to your netlist.scs, where M0 is the hierarchical name of your device. Then, the results folder looks like this:

OK, I don't think the IC version is that important here.

What are you getting as save statements in the netlist (input.scs)?

What shows up in the results browser?

Do you know what device types are being used? The best would be if you could share the "Circuit Inventory" part of the Spectre output log file.

    Thanks,

    Andrew

In calculator when I select OS operation to sweep DC Operating points wrt sweep variable, the list doesn't show parameters like gm, gds (other DC operating parameters like id, vgs, vdsat however are present in the list and are plotted correctly)

You haven't answered my questions but just restated the symptoms again...

I wanted to post relevant data, some error occurred. Since I am new to cadence virtuoso environment, can you guide where would I be able to find the spectre log file and inventory list? I am not aware regarding the same.
