Quantus not running an returning error with no description

Basically I am trying to use skywater130nm with Virtuoso Studio IC23.1 and PVS. I have successfully done DRC and LVS, having issues with PEX, as when I setup the quantus setup after giving all required details when click apply the quantus just show an empty box with error mentioned at above. Below is the pictorial description of the error.

My settings for the pvs-quantus are as follows:

All other settings are okay I belive maybe I have done something wrong here in this tab.
Can anyone please guide what should be the possible reasons for this kind of error and how I can remove them.

The quantus is picking up svdb files it is picking up the the pdk and its typical view for extraction.

It looks like its an OS compatibility issue.
