Background Colors of Pass/Fail/Near in ADE Maestro

Is it possible to change the background colors of the pass/fail/near in ADE Maestro? The colors are difficult to distinguish for some people.

There is an option to change the text colors (https://support.cadence.com/apex/ArticleAttachmentPortal?id=a1O0V000009Mo0jUAC&pageName=ArticleContent). Does the same also exists for the background colors?

I'd never tried out those env vars and am slightly surprised that (despite several requests to change the background color which were duplicated together), what got fixed was just the text color. I'd have pushed back on this at the time if I'd been a requestor for this enhancement. Apologies that we have only partly implemented color controls.

Please contact customer support and request that a mechanism to change the background color is added (or that the text color env vars are also used to set the background colors - whether that works well enough is another matter, given that we need to ensure that the black text works within the colored cells).

    Hi Andrew

Thanks for your answer. Sad, to hear that it is not supported (yet). Unfortunately I cannot create any requests as I am from an university. I will check if I can open a request through Europractice.

I filed a change request (CCR) #3044581 for this. I would however still recommend you contact customer support and request a duplicate as it's always better for this to come from a customer rather than an internal request.
