Set Interactive history name to follow the previous test run

Hi,

I use this command inside my cds.init file to have assembler prompt me to rename the interactive session each time I start a new run: envSetVal("adexl.historyNamePrefix" "showNameHistoryForm" 'boolean t)

But is there another setting where I can have it default to follow the previous Interactive session's name? Instead of it resetting the name to "Interactive" for each run?

Thank you.

Which version are you using? ADE Assembler in IC23.1 has this toolbar now (without needing that cdsenv setting) which shows what the history name will be and also has a drop-down with the last 10 choices. The icon to the right allows you to revert to the standard auto-named histories.
