Thankyou,

    Nagaraj,

I don't know what you mean by "Matching set with variation percentage" and I also don't really see how modgens would give you this either? Please explain in more detail what you want.

    Regards,

    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

I am looking for automatic matched device pattern placement with gradient mismatch percentage. Is there any skill code for this to generate different matching array for the given schematic.

    Thanks,
    Nagaraj

I still don't know what you mean by "gradient mismatch percentage". If you want to generate different matching arrays from a schematic, that's what modgens are for - why would you not use modgens?
