Saving maestro Changes After Opening in Read-Only Mode

Is there a way to checkout a maestro view and save the changes under the existing version controlled file name once it is opened and modified in read-only mode? I have not been able to figure out a way to do this, the tool always prompts to save changes under a new maestro view name (maestro_1 or something similar).

Use File→Make Editable in Assembler. See File -> Make Editable option now available in ADE Assembler
