Unpin float menu from Virtuoso

Click on the dash line of the Virtuoso Menu will create a float stick menu as following shows.

How to unpin it?

    If you use the "X" in the top right of the torn-off menu, and then re-invoke the menu. There's nothing to re-attach a torn-off menu.

    There is no X on the torn-off menu.

    Perhaps due to X11-server issue? Everything else looks well.

    That will be a function of the window manager you're using (e.g. KDE, MATE or something like that). Do you know what you're using? In my experience there's usually a window title bar at the top of the torn-off menu - but maybe some window managers don't do that?
