Erroneous report in EMIR tool shows failed nets as passed.

ELECTROMIGRATION ANALYSIS RESULTS

VERSION = v24.10-d005_1

After running EMIR and checking the results, we get inconsistent reports about fail/pass nets. For example:

pass84.3% Net=cgnd_mix_lo_vreg Resistor=rq804490  J_AVG value=14.2901 layer=via1 co-ordinates=(9.710000-155.135000, 9.710000-155.135000) resistance=11.6432 viaArea=1828nm^2 No of Vias=1 needed no of Vias = 2 Density=14.2901mA/um Current=0.0261222mA CurrentLimit=0.0141768mA JLimit=7.75536mA/um

If the current through the resistor is 26uA and the limit is 14uA... shouldn't it be fail+84.3? reported?

Already filed a ticket but nobody is taking it.. wondering if I'm missing something really obvious here?
