Hi to all,

I have an address vector of 14 Bit which i want to toggle according to given data file

I'm looking for a way to stream the data to my Test Bench ,

i've seen the Bit stream in BMS lib but could not understand how it is working

Thanks

Look in the Spectre Classic Simulator, Spectre APS, Spectre X, Spectre XPS, Spectre FMC Analysis, and Legato Reliability Solution User Guide (in Spectre installation, this is in doc/spectreuser/spectreuser.pdf ) in Appendix D: Digital Vector File Format or Appendix E: Verilog Value Change Dump Stimuli. These can be entered via Setup→Simulation Files and the Vector Files tab in ADE.

The documentation explains how you can use both the vector file and associated data to control the voltages, edge speeds etc.
