I want to investigate single-event latchup (SEL) in inverters. How should I modify the Calibre rule deck to extract parasitic BJTs and resistances from the layout

Calibre is not a Cadence tool (it's from Siemens EDA), so this is not the best place to ask. I suggest you contact Siemens EDA support or use any forums that they might have.
