Xcelium 1803 IE Card Config for Multi Power Supply

IE Card configuration only makes effect on hierarchy of level 1, if hierarchy level is over 2, IE Card configuration would behave unexpectedly

  1. CASE1, there are 2 instances in TB, I0(cell1) and I1(cell2), simulator successfully convert logic High to 1.8 and 2.0;
  2. CASE2, there is 1 instance in TB, I0, and 2 instances inside the I0, I0/I0(cell3) and I0/I1(cell4), In this case, the simulator converts all logic levels to the global 3V, rather than 1.8V or 2.0V as expected.

I tested CASE 2 using a newer version of Xcelium, and it worked as expected. However, due to project constraints, I must use Xcelium 18.03. Is there any additional configuration or workaround that can make it behave correctly in this version?
