adexl's "Run Simulation" always hidden when first open

Hi,friends

I'm using Virtuoso version 6.1.7-64b. When I open my Adexl, the "Run Simulation" and "Stop Simulation" buttons are always hidden and I have to expand them manually. Is there a way to make these buttons show by default?

I'm sorry, but I can't upload the pictures.

I'm sorry, but actually both of these buttons are hidden every time I open it, not just the first time.

Resize the toolbar to the size you want (i.e. to unhide the buttons) and then do:

Window->Workspaces->Save As and then enter the name as (say) "Dogman" and OK the form.

Window->Workspaces->Set Default and then pick "Dogman" as the default.

I tend to prefer to leave "Basic" as-is (maybe however your "Basic" workspace has been messed up - you can check if you have a "Basic" workspace saved under .cadence/dfII/workspaces/adexl in (say) your work or home directory; you could then delete that and go back to the system default). The default should be at $CDSHOME/share/cdssetup/dfII/workspaces/adexl/Basic.workspace (you may not have $CDSHOME set - that's just a proxy for wherever your installation is).
